Job summary

WANCO MANPOWER PTE LTD seeks an experienced SAP Training & Enablement Specialist to design and deliver training for SAP, Ariba, S/4HANA, and Source-to-Pay processes. The role focuses on creating role-based learning materials and conducting Train-the-Trainer sessions to drive user readiness and adoption.

You will partner with business and IT teams, translate complex concepts into practical training, and use digital tools and AI to enhance content and delivery.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in Learning & Development or related fields.
• Experience designing and delivering role-based training programs.
• Strong knowledge of SAP, Ariba, S/4HANA and Source-to-Pay processes.

Job description

Our client is a leading global semiconductor company seeking an experienced SAP Training & Enablement Specialist to support SAP, Ariba, S/4HANA, Source-to-Pay and related system/process implementations.

The role will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs for internal employees and external suppliers, developing role-based learning materials, conducting Train-the-Trainer (TTT) programs, and supporting user readiness and system adoption before and after go-live.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver SAP, Ariba, S/4HANA, Source-to-Pay and related system training.
• Develop role-based and persona-based learning experiences for different user groups.
• Deliver instructor-led, virtual, hybrid and self-paced learning programs.
• Design and conduct Train-the-Trainer (TTT) programs.
• Manage training content, version control, review cycles and learning assets.
• Coordinate training plans, schedules, readiness activities and reporting.
• Support supplier onboarding and enablement for system and process changes.
• Partner with business stakeholders, process owners, IT teams, SMEs and suppliers.
• Translate complex technical and process concepts into clear and practical training.
• Analyze learning and adoption data to measure training effectiveness.
• Continuously improve training strategies, learner support and adoption outcomes.
• Leverage digital tools, automation and AI to enhance training content and delivery.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Training Enablement, Change Management or Enterprise System Training .
• Experience designing and delivering role-based/persona-based training programs.
• Strong knowledge of SAP, Ariba, S/4HANA, Source-to-Pay, Procurement or related business processes .
• Experience supporting system implementation, go-live readiness and post-go-live adoption.
• Experience with Train-the-Trainer programs is highly advantageous.
• Experience in supplier onboarding or supplier enablement is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, presentation and critical-thinking skills.
• Good data analysis and digital/AI skills.
• Experience working across business, IT, procurement and change teams to drive adoption and business outcomes.
