Job summary

WANCO MANPOWER PTE LTD seeks an experienced SAP Training & Enablement Specialist to design and deliver training for SAP, Ariba, S/4HANA, and Source-to-Pay processes. The role focuses on creating role-based learning materials and conducting Train-the-Trainer sessions to drive user readiness and adoption.

You will partner with business and IT teams, translate complex concepts into practical training, and use digital tools and AI to enhance content and delivery.

Qualifications

5-7 years of experience in Learning & Development or related fields.
Experience designing and delivering role-based training programs.
Strong knowledge of SAP, Ariba, S/4HANA and Source-to-Pay processes.

Responsibilities

Design, develop and deliver SAP, Ariba, S/4HANA and related system training.
Develop role-based and persona-based learning experiences for different user groups.
Deliver instructor-led, virtual, hybrid and self-paced learning programs.
Design and conduct Train-the-Trainer (TTT) programs.
Manage training content, version control and learning assets.
Coordinate training plans, schedules, readiness activities and reporting.
Support supplier onboarding and enablement for system and process changes.
Partner with stakeholders, IT teams, SMEs and suppliers.
