Job summary

NTUC LearningHub PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced SAP trainer to design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programmes for end users, consultants, and technical teams. You will tailor materials, conduct needs analyses, and deliver classroom, virtual, and lab sessions with real-world scenarios.

You will guide learners to meet WSQ competency requirements, assess performance, and continuously improve training effectiveness and outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, business or related field.
SAP certifications in FICO/SD/MM are advantageous.
WSQ accreditation training experience preferred.
ACLP certification required.
5–15 years in SAP implementation, consulting or training.
Experience with SAP modules FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, HCM, SuccessFactors, S/4HANA, ABAP, BTP or Clean Core.
Strong understanding of SAP processes and end-to-end implementation methodologies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deliver high-quality SAP training programmes.
Create and maintain training materials, guides, and documentation.
Conduct needs analyses to identify skill gaps and customise learning solutions.
Deliver classroom, virtual, and lab-based training with demos and hands-on exercises.
Guide and support learners to meet WSQ competency requirements.
Assess learner performance and provide feedback for improvement.
