Job summary

Accenture Southeast Asia is seeking an experienced SAP Delivery Lead to drive end-to-end delivery of SAP programs, projects, and managed services in a complex enterprise environment.

The role requires proven SAP delivery management, strong leadership, governance, and the ability to optimize service value while meeting contractual and financial commitments. Singapore-based or regional assignments are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering, Business or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP service delivery across implementation, enhancement, transformation, and support engagements, ensuring alignment with delivery commitments, quality standards, and business objectives.
• Establish and maintain partnerships with business, technology, and operational stakeholders to align delivery priorities with organizational goals and strategic initiatives.
• Drive delivery governance, including project planning, resource management, financial oversight, issue resolution, and SLA compliance.
• Monitor, measure, and improve delivery performance through best practices, process optimization and operational excellence frameworks.
• Provide strategic guidance to enhance delivery processes and service efficiency.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams with coaching, mentoring, and performance support for SAP capabilities.
• Identify delivery risks and mitigation strategies to ensure continuity and outcomes.
• Collaborate across teams to develop scalable SAP solutions and drive delivery standards.
• Support growth initiatives by expanding SAP capabilities and services.
• Contribute to strategic decisions using delivery insights and SAP best practices.

About The Role

As an SAP Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for leading the successful delivery of SAP programs, projects, and managed services engagements while ensuring operational excellence, service quality, and business value realization. You will oversee end-to-end delivery execution, drive strategic initiatives, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure operational, contractual, and financial commitments are achieved. This role requires strong SAP expertise, leadership capabilities, and the ability to deliver outcomes in complex enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP service delivery across implementation, enhancement, transformation, and support engagements, ensuring alignment with delivery commitments, quality standards, and business objectives.
• Establish and maintain strong partnerships with business, technology, and operational stakeholders to align delivery priorities with organizational goals and strategic initiatives.
• Drive delivery governance, including project planning, resource management, financial oversight, issue resolution, and service level agreement (SLA) compliance.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience leading large-scale SAP implementation, application management, or transformation programs within complex enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in SAP delivery management, service operations, project governance, and stakeholder management.
• Demonstrated experience managing budgets, resource planning, operational performance, and financial commitments.
• Experience leading geographically distributed and cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proven ability to manage risks, escalations, and service improvement initiatives in a dynamic delivery environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformation programs and cloud-based SAP solutions.
• SAP, PMP, Agile, ITIL, or related professional certifications.
• Experience supporting solution development, delivery transformation, or operational excellence initiatives.
• Knowledge of managed services frameworks, automation strategies, and continuous improvement methodologies.
