Job summary

ACTIVE MANPOWER RESOURCES PTE. LTD. seeks an SAP Business One specialist to manage deployment projects from initiation to completion. You will analyze client systems, propose SAP B1 enhancements, and document requirements to guide design and implementation.

You will work with technical consultants to build add-ons, deliver English and Mandarin training, and provide hands-on deployment support to ensure smooth adoption by users, followed by a formal handover to the in-house team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of SAP Business One deployment experience.
• Ability to deliver user training in English and Mandarin.
• Capable of deploying small to medium-size projects with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage SAP Business One deployment projects from initiation to completion.
• Conduct detailed business requirements studies to analyze client systems and recommend SAP B1 features and improvements.
• Document business requirements clearly to guide solution design and implementation.
• Collaborate with technical consultants to design and develop add-on solutions that meet customer business and operational needs.
• Deliver user training sessions in English and Mandarin to enable effective system navigation and usage.
• Provide hands-on support during project deployment to ensure smooth user adoption.
• Coordinate project handover to the in-house support team upon completion.
• Participate in training sessions led by senior consultants or project managers to stay updated on new SAP B1 features and technologies.
