Job summary

Talent Trader Group in Singapore seeks an experienced SAP / Spare Parts Operations Executive to support APAC region. You will handle CRM and SAP S/4 ERP, maintain material master data and spare parts pricing, and generate operational reports.

You will work with regional stakeholders across functions to improve fill rates, optimize replenishment, and drive continuous improvement in spare parts management. Strong Excel, data analysis, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• HHands-on experience with SAP/ERP systems, particularly SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience with material master data, spare parts pricing and inventory.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills, with ability to report regionally.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support regional business systems including CRM and SAP S/4ERP.
• Maintain material master and spare parts data in SAP.
• Manage spare parts pricing and price lists.
• Review monthly movement, inventory and replenishment reports.
• Analyze data to improve fill rate and parts availability.
• Generate operational reports and ensure data accuracy.
• Support continuous improvement of spare parts management across APAC.
• Collaborate with regional stakeholders on system and process requirements.
• Assist in CRM/database administration and regional projects.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced SAP / Spare Parts Operations Executive/ CRM system/ Material Master Maintenance to support regional operations across Asia Pacific.

This position is ideal for someone with hands‑on experience in SAP/ERP, material master data, spare parts management, pricing and operational reporting who enjoys working with data, systems and regional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support regional business systems including CRM, SAP S/4 / ERP, e-library and internal databases
• Maintain material master and spare parts information in SAP, including creation, activation, changes and discontinuation of materials
• Manage and maintain spare parts pricing and price lists, including new and obsolete parts
• Review monthly spare parts movement, inventory and replenishment reports
• Analyse data to identify opportunities to improve fill rate, parts availability and just-in-time replenishment
• Generate and analyse operational reports to ensure data accuracy and efficiency
• Support continuous improvement of spare parts management processes across APAC affiliates
• Work closely with regional stakeholders and different business functions on system and operational requirements
• Support CRM/database administration and regional projects
• Participate in other improvement projects as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Engineering or related discipline
• Hands‑on experience with SAP / ERP systems; SAP S/4 experience is advantageous
• Experience in spare parts, material master, inventory, service parts, pricing or supply chain operations will be highly advantageous
• Strong Excel and reporting/data analysis skills
• Comfortable working with large amounts of system and operational data
• Good communication skills with the ability to coordinate with regional stakeholders
• Experience with CRM systems will be an advantage
