Job summary

re-zoo-me is seeking an experienced SAP Security & GRC Consultant to support a large-scale S/4HANA transformation programme in Singapore. The role focuses on SAP security, access management, GRC controls and readiness across S/4HANA, Fiori and BTP, supporting testing, deployment and cutover activities.

You will collaborate with BASIS, BTP, Integration, QA and business teams to resolve access dependencies, manage security evidence, and ensure readiness for go-live.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP Security and GRC.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Fiori security.
• Strong understanding of RBAC, SoD, and Emergency Access Management (EAM).
• Experience with SailPoint ARM or similar IAM/GRC solutions.
• Working knowledge of SAP BTP security and identity providers.
• Experience SIT/UAT, cutover, go-live in large SAP transformations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Clear security and audit documentation with governance.

• SAP Security & GRC Consultant - S/4HANA
• Location: Singapore
• Contract: 12 months, with potential extension (Long term transformation project)

We are looking for an experienced SAP Security & GRC Consultant to support a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programme.

The role will focus on SAP security, access management, GRC controls and readiness across S/4HANA, Fiori and BTP, supporting key testing, deployment and cutover activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage SAP security and access readiness across S/4HANA, Fiori and BTP.
• Support access requirements through SIT, UAT, cutover and hypercare.
• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP, BTP and integration-related access issues.
• Support role design/remediation, RBAC, Segregation of Duties (SoD) and emergency access.
• Work closely with BASIS, BTP, Integration, QA and business teams to resolve access dependencies.
• Support service users, certificates, destinations and other security/connectivity requirements.
• Maintain security issue and access readiness trackers, including risks, owners and resolution status.
• Prepare security evidence and documentation for testing and deployment governance.
• Support cutover activities, security validation and hypercare handover.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP Security and GRC.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Fiori security.
• Strong understanding of RBAC, SoD, Emergency Access Management (EAM) and access controls.
• Experience with SailPoint ARM or similar IAM/GRC solutions.
• Working knowledge of SAP BTP security, identity providers, roles, destinations and service credentials.
• Experience supporting SIT/UAT, cutover, go-live and hypercare within large SAP transformation programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Good documentation and governance skills, with the ability to produce clear security and audit evidence.

Desirable

• Experience in large-scale/global SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes.
• Exposure to SAP BTP and hybrid IAM environments.
• Experience working with system integrators and third-party vendors.
• SAP Security/GRC certifications would be advantageous.
