Job summary

Kyndryl Singapore is seeking an experienced SAP GRC and HANA Security Consultant to design, implement, and govern access controls across the SAP landscape. This hands-on role spans GRC, HANA security, and application security for S/4HANA, BRF+, and Fiori, with audit liaison responsibilities.

You will build role architectures, manage security programs, and partner with audit teams while ensuring compliance and strong data protection. This is an on-site, full-time opportunity in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years hands-on SAP security experience, incl. 3+ years with GRC 10.x or 12.0.
• Hands-on SAP HANA security administration – roles, privileges, analytic privileges, and audit policies.
• Strong knowledge of PFCG design, SU24 maintenance, and trace-based troubleshooting.
• Experience with S/4HANA and Fiori security concepts; SOX ITGC/audit experience.

Responsibilities

• Configure, administer, and support SAP GRC Access Control across ARA/ARM/BRM/EAM modules.
• Maintain and customize SoD ruleset; apply updates and assess landscape impact.
• Design and maintain MSMP workflows, BRF+ rules, and approvals for access requests and role changes.
• Perform periodic risk analyses at user/role/profile level; drive remediation with process owners.
• Administer User Access Reviews, SoD Review, and Firefighter log reviews; support audits.
• Administer HANA security: privileges, row/column security, audit policies; manage encryption and TLS.
• Configure and monitor SSO and authentication methods (SAML 2.0, Kerberos, X.509).
• Lead security workstreams for S/4HANA implementations, upgrades, and security remediation.
