Responsibilities

• Provide SAP ECC6 functional and process support to business users across key business functions.
• Support end-to-end processes: QTC, PTP, PTM, PD, RTR.
• Coordinate system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and business readiness activities.
• Develop test scenarios, coordinate test execution, track defects, and support defect resolution.
• Lead process documentation updates and ensure business procedures reflect future-state processes.
• Support organizational change management activities, including stakeholder communication, training coordination, and user adoption.
• Develop and execute cutover plans in collaboration with business, IT, and project teams.
• Coordinate deployment readiness activities and support go-live execution.
• Provide hyper-care support following deployment and drive resolution of issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and support continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Utilize SQL and data analysis techniques to validate business data and support issue resolution.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, training, and facilitation skills.
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred.

Key Requirements

• Provide day-to-day support to the IT Business Partner across operational and project activities.
• Act as a liaison between business users, vendors, offshore support teams and global IT teams.
• Support requirements gathering, issue investigation, solution validation and enhancement delivery.
• Coordinate UAT, deployment readiness and business adoption activities.
• We are seeking an experienced SAP Business Process & Deployment Support Consultant to support SAP ECC6 business processes and transformation initiatives.
• The role will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners, ensuring stable system operations while driving continuous process improvements and change adoption.
• The ideal candidate brings strong SAP functional expertise and a proven track record supporting business readiness, deployments, and user adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide SAP ECC6 functional and process support to business users across key business functions.
• Support end-to-end business processes across QTC, PTP, PTM, PD, and RTR domains.
• Facilitate business process walkthroughs, simulations, and fit-to-standard validation sessions.
• Coordinate and support system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and business readiness activities.
• Develop test scenarios, coordinate test execution, track defects, and support defect resolution.
• Lead process documentation updates and ensure business procedures accurately reflect future-state processes.
• Support organizational change management activities, including stakeholder communication, training coordination, and user adoption.

Key Experience

• Strong SAP ECC6 functional support experience across integrated business processes.
• Solid understanding of:
  • Quote-to-Cash (QTC)
  • Procure-to-Pay (PTP)
  • Plan-to-Make (PTM)
  • Product Development (PD)
  • Record-to-Report (RTR)
• Proven experience supporting business process validation, simulation, testing, and deployment activities.
• Strong business process mapping and documentation skills.
• Experience planning and coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT), integration testing, and business validation activities.
• Strong change management and business readiness capabilities.
• Experience supporting cutover planning, cutover execution, hypercare, and stabilization activities.
• Understanding of SAP master data, configuration concepts, and process integration points.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve process and system issues.
• Working knowledge of SQL Server for data validation and issue investigation.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, training, and facilitation skills.
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of SAP-enabled business processes.
• Excellent process mapping and documentation skills.
• Proven experience with testing, deployment, and cutover execution.
• Ability to drive business readiness and user adoption.
• Strong coordination skills across business, IT, and external partners.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced project and support environment.
