Job summary

PEOPLE PROFILERS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced IT Applications Support specialist to assist users of business applications and ERP systems. You will troubleshoot issues, manage user accounts, gather feedback, and assist with testing, training, and system improvements.

Proficiency with Power BI, SAP or similar ERP tools, and SQL will help you succeed in this role. You will also prepare reports and maintain dashboards while supporting data extraction.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in application, ERP or business systems support.
Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems, Power BI and IT ticketing tools.
Good troubleshooting, communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

Support users on business applications and systems.
Troubleshoot system issues and follow up with vendors when needed.
Manage user accounts, access rights and system permissions.
Gather user feedback and support system improvements.
Assist with system testing, implementation and user training.
Prepare reports and maintain dashboards using Power BI or similar tools.
Support basic data extraction and SQL queries.
Maintain system guides, records and project documents.
