Job summary

AMD in Singapore is seeking an experienced SAP Logistics Manager to lead and support our SAP Logistics and GTS landscape. You will manage day-to-day production issues, drive SLA performance, and coordinate with external vendors to ensure reliable service.

You will translate business requirements into functional specifications, collaborate with ABAP and integration teams, and provide functional leadership across SAP SD, MM, EWM, TM, and 3PL interfaces in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Logistics.
• Ability to translate business requirements into Functional Specifications.
• Experience collaborating with ABAP developers and integration teams.
• Exposure to external vendor management and 3PL interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional leadership across SAP Logistics and GTS landscape.
• Support SD, Inventory, Inbound/Outbound Logistics, Shipping and 3PL integration.
• Escalate complex issues and drive root-cause analysis and permanent fixes.
• Oversee daily production support and ensure SLA adherence.
• Review incidents for automation and process improvements.
• Manage application support contracts for SAP Logistics and related apps.
• Prepare and review Functional Specifications for enhancements.
• Collaborate with ABAP/integration teams during solution development.
