Qualifications

• Strong SAP functional expertise across SAP S/4HANA logistics processes.
• Experience in production support and incident management.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional leadership across SAP Logistics and GTS.
• Support SD, Inventory/Warehouse, Inbound/Outbound, Shipping and 3PL integration.
• Coordinate with ABAP/technical teams during solution development.
• Manage external support contracts and vendor performance against SLAs.
