Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. is seeking a warehouse/inventory professional to manage daily operations, conduct cycle counts, and ensure accurate stock reporting. The role requires hands-on SAP usage for tracking, plus strict adherence to shelf-life rules and disposal/write-off procedures.

You will support ISO / AS9120 SOP updates and contribute to 5S/LEAN continuous improvements, while collaborating closely with teammates to resolve inquiries efficiently.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in warehouse/inventory management.
• Experience as a key SAP user for inventory tracking.
• Willingness to commit to overtime when required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily inventory operations, cycle counts, and stock takes.
• Use SAP as the main system for inventory tracking and escalations.
• Monitor shelf life and handle product disposal/write-off processes.
• Support SOP updates (ISO / AS9120 standards) and 5S/LEAN improvements.
• Resolve internal and external inventory inquiries promptly.
