Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. is seeking an Inventory Control Officer in Jurong East to support inventory management and warehouse operations within our Contract Logistics division.

You will act as SAP/WMS key user for inventory transactions and collaborate with warehouse teams to maintain stock accuracy and efficient processes. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of inventory control experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced logistics

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse, or logistics operations.
• Hands-on experience with SAP or WMS.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills.
• Meticulous with excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily inventory control activities for stock accuracy.
• Act as SAP/WMS key user for inventory transactions and reporting.
• Collaborate with warehouse operations to implement inventory controls.
• Perform cycle counts, stock takes, reconciliations, and variance investigations.
• Process inventory adjustments, write-offs, and disposals.
• Monitor shelf life and rotate stock to minimise losses.
• Serve as main contact for inventory-related enquiries.
• Develop and maintain SOPs per quality standards.
• Prepare inventory reports and documentation.
• Support 5S, Kaizen, LEAN, and Operational Excellence initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with QHSE policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
