Job summary

Private Advertiser in Singapore is seeking an experienced SAP Implementation Support Specialist to support an SAP ECC6 project. You will work with the IT Business Partner and project team on testing, validation, defect management, cutover, hypercare and post-go-live support.

Responsibilities include coordinating UAT, documenting results, data validation and migration testing, end-user training support, and maintaining project documentation and test evidence.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP ECC6 environments and SAP implementation support.
• Proven skills in UAT, validation, defect management and data reconciliation.

Responsibilities

Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP Implementation Support Specialist to support an SAP ECC6 implementation project. Working closely with the IT Business Partner and project team, you will play a key role in testing, business process validation, defect management, cutover activities, and post-go-live support.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and business process validation activities.
• Facilitate defect logging, tracking, retesting, and resolution with the implementation team.
• Support business users throughout testing cycles and deployment activities.
• Assist in data validation, reconciliation, and migration testing.
• Document processes, testing results, issues, and recommendations for project sign-off.
• Support end-user training, business readiness, cutover, hypercare, and stabilization activities.
• Provide SAP functional support and troubleshooting during and after implementation.
• Maintain project documentation, process flows, and test evidence.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of SAP functional support, ERP support, or implementation of project experience.
• Experience supporting SAP ECC6 environments.
• Strong understanding of integrated business processes including:
• Experience in UAT, business validation, cutover, hypercare, and deployment activities.
• Strong documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
