Qualifications

• 12-15 years SAP/HR technology experience.
• 8+ years hands-on SAP HCM Payroll and Time Management experience.
• Strong Singapore payroll experience (CPF, IRAS, SDL, SHG).
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementations.
• 2+ full payroll implementations or migrations.
• 2+ years Experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central integration.
• Experience leading functional workstreams or small functional teams.
• Experience with SuccessFactors EC S/4HANA HCM integration and payroll-to-FI/CO integration.

Job description

SAP HCM Payroll & Time Management Lead - S/4HANA

You can retain the technical and experience requirements, as they are job-related:

• 12-15 years of overall SAP/HR technology experience, with at least 8 years of hands‑on SAP HCM Payroll and Time Management experience.
• Strong experience in Singapore payroll, including CPF, IRAS, SDL and SHG.
• Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementations. Country/entity rollouts or application support experience alone will not meet the requirement.
• Candidates with a combination of Greenfield implementation and subsequent regional/country rollouts may be considered.
• At least 2 full payroll implementations or migrations.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central integration.
• Experience leading functional workstreams or small functional teams, including workshops, design, testing, migration, cutover and hyper‑care.
• Strong expertise in SAP HCM Payroll and Time Management, including schemas, schedules, quotas, overtime and allowances.
• Experience with SuccessFactors EC S/4HANA HCM integration and payroll-to-FI/CO integration.
• Strong stakeholder management and functional advisory skills.
