Job summary

Technopals Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a SAP HCM specialist to investigate problems, implement amendments, and test to keep the system running smoothly.

You will propose workarounds, manage configuration changes, and perform reviews and UAT. The role requires 3–4 years of relevant experience and a degree in computer science or related fields.

Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills are essential to deliver quality IT services in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in ComputerScience or related disciplines.
• Preferably at least 3year of experience with implementation / maintenance, consulting,pre-sales or as end-user using the above product.
• Expertise in SAP HCMmodules, including PA, OM, TM, PY and BN.
• Good knowledge withhands-on experience in managing IT incidents and problems.
• Good analytical skillswith ability to quickly establish cause of system issue reported.
• Good interpersonalskills with ability to work with others to resolve problems.
• Ability to communicateinformation well to co-workers and management verbally and in writing.
• Able to workindependently as well as an excellent team player
• Critical thinking andproblem-solving skills
• Able to handle multipletasks simultaneously, time-management skills

Responsibilities

• Investigate all reported problems/errors & initiate amendments & testing so that the system can operate correctly & efficiently.
• Propose effective work-around or alternative solution, oversee the selection of solutions and estimate resources/cost required to implement the proposed solution to meet customer’s requirements
• Manage changes to configurable items. It covers configuration management planning, configuration identification, configuration controls & audits.
• Conduct review & integration testing to ensure the quality of deliverables before handing over to users for UAT.
• Develop test package, execute test and document test results to ensure the quality of the program.
