Job summary

Lyneer Staffing Solutions is seeking a skilled Business Analyst with deep SAP ECC Payroll expertise and a proven track record in end-to-end payroll implementations across multiple countries, including Singapore, Philippines, and South Korea. The role requires strong communication, test document development, and the ability to coordinate with stakeholders while supporting payroll integrations.

Qualifications

• Strong SAP ECC Payroll knowledge and hands-on payroll experience.
• Minimum 3-4 end-to-end payroll implementation projects completed successfully.
• Experience in payroll across multiple countries (Philippines, South Korea, Singapore) – at least two of them.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to independently develop test scenarios and validation documents.
• Proven experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders and supporting payroll-related integrations.
• Capable of serving as the single point of contact (SPOC) for payroll issues including analysis, resolution, and vendor management.
• Ability to independently manage country-specific payroll activities and provide status updates to the Global Payroll Product Owner.
• Experience presenting regular progress updates in country and global meetings.
• Strong understanding of Time Management and Payroll Integration processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SPOC for payroll issues including issue analysis and resolution coordination.
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders and support payroll-related integrations.
• Develop and validate test scenarios and scripts for payroll processes.
• Provide status updates in country and global meetings and support testing teams with payroll expertise.

Job description

1Strong functional knowledge of SAP ECC Payroll with proven experience in a Business Analyst role

2Minimum 3-4 end to end payroll implementation projects completed successfully

3Hands on payroll experience in the following countries (At least any two)

• Philippines
• South Korea
• Singapore

Candidates should have experience in all countries listed above or at least four of them

4Excellent verbal and written communication skills

5Ability to independently develop test scenarios test scripts and validation documents

6Proven experiences coordinating with multiple stakeholders and supporting payroll related integrations

7Capability to serve as the single point of contact SPOC for payroll related issues including

• Issue analysis and resolution coordination
• Vendor management
• Supporting testing teams with payroll process expertise

8Ability to independently manage country specific payroll activities and provide status updates to the Global Payroll Product Owner
