You will analyze and support SAP ECC Payroll processes, participate in end-to-end implementation projects, and coordinate country-specific payroll activities with internal teams, vendors, and global stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong functional knowledge of SAP ECC HCM Payroll in a Business Analyst role.
• Minimum 3–4 completed end-to-end SAP Payroll implementation projects.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and support SAP ECC Payroll processes and requirements.
• Participate in end-to-end SAP Payroll implementation projects.
• Manage country-specific payroll activities and provide regular status updates.
• Develop test scenarios, test scripts, and validation documents.
• Coordinate payroll-related issues, testing activities, and integrations.
• Work closely with internal teams, vendors, and global stakeholders.
• Act as the point of contact for payroll-related issues and coordinate resolution.
• Support payroll testing teams with functional expertise.
• Present progress updates during country and global status meetings.
• Support Time Management and Payroll integration processes.
