Job summary

LYNEER CORP (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Payroll BA with strong SAP ECC Payroll expertise to lead end-to-end payroll implementations across multiple countries, including the Philippines, Korea, and Singapore.

The candidate will act as the single point of contact for payroll issues and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely payroll processing. The role requires hands-on experience with test scenario development, validation documentation, and coordinating payroll-related

Qualifications

• Strong functional knowledge of SAP ECC Payroll.
• Minimum 3-4 end to end payroll implementation projects completed successfully.
• Hands on payroll experience in Philippines, South Korea, Singapore (any two).
• Experience in all listed countries or at least four of them.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to independently develop test scenarios, test scripts and validation documents.
• Proven experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders and supporting payroll related integrations.
• Capability to serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for payroll issues including issue analysis, resolution coordination, vendor management, and supporting testing teams with payroll process expertise.
• Ability to independently manage country-specific payroll activities and provide status updates to the Global Payroll Product Owner.
• Experience presenting regular progress updates in country and global status meetings.
• Strong understanding of Time Management and Payroll Integration processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SPOC for payroll issues including analysis and resolution coordination.
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders and support payroll-related integrations.
• Support testing teams with payroll process expertise.
• Manage country-specific payroll activities and provide status updates to the Global Payroll Product Owner.
• Present regular progress updates in country and global status meetings.

1. Strong functional knowledge of SAP ECC Payroll with proven experience in a Business Analyst role
2. Minimum 3-4 end to end payroll implementation projects completed successfully
3. Hands on payroll experience in the following countries ( At least any two )
   • Philippines
   • South Korea
   • Singapore
   Candidates should have experience in all countries listed above or at least four of them
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
