Job summary

Exasoft Pte. Ltd. seeks a SAP EAM/APM specialist to gather business requirements and design, implement, and support SAP EAM and APM capabilities. The role covers end-to-end maintenance processes, data configuration, and integration with SAP/MM/FI-CO and IoT sources.

You will collaborate with maintenance planners, reliability engineers, and stakeholders, developing specs, testing, data migration, and post-go-live support while driving improvements in asset reliability and total cost of ownership.

Qualifications

• Expertise in enterprise asset management, maintenance processes and reliability management.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA EAM and SAP Asset Performance Management (APM).
• Experience designing, implementing and supporting integrated SAP solutions.
• Experience managing preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business requirements for SAP EAM and APM.
• Design, configure, implement and support SAP S/4HANA Asset Management and SAP APM capabilities.
• Manage end-to-end maintenance processes including preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance.
• Configure equipment master data, locations, maintenance plans, notifications, work orders and task lists.
• Support asset health monitoring, criticality, risk-based maintenance and reliability initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to optimize maintenance with asset data and predictive analytics.
• Integrate SAP EAM with SAP APM, SAP MM, FI/CO and other systems.
• Support integration with IoT platforms and external data sources where applicable.
• Collaborate with planners, reliability engineers, asset managers and stakeholders to deliver solutions.
• Prepare functional specs and coordinate with tech teams for enhancements, integrations and reporting.
• Perform testing, data migration, cutover and post-go-live support.
• Develop process documentation, user training and knowledge transfer.
• Identify process improvements and best practices to enhance asset reliability and total cost of ownership.

• Design, configure, implement, and support SAP S/4HANA Asset Management and relevant SAP APM capabilities.
