Job summary

EXASOFT PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced SAP EAM & APM Consultant to design, implement and support integrated SAP solutions focused on asset lifecycle management and reliability.

You will help reduce downtime, optimize maintenance strategies, and improve overall operational efficiency. The role requires hands-on experience with SAP EAM/APM, asset health monitoring, and cross-system integration. Qualifications

• Experience in designing and implementing SAP EAM/APM solutions.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance and reliability practices.
• Ability to integrate SAP EAM with other SAP modules and external systems.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyse requirements for SAP EAM and APM.
• Design, configure, implement, and support SAP S/4HANA Asset Management.
• Manage end-to-end maintenance: preventive, corrective, predictive.
• Configure equipment master data, functional locations, maintenance plans, notifications, work orders, and task lists.
• Support asset health monitoring, risk-based maintenance and reliability initiatives.
• Identify optimization opportunities using asset data, condition monitoring, and analytics.
• Integrate SAP EAM with SAP APM, MM, FI/CO and other systems.
• Collaborate with planners, reliability engineers, asset managers, and stakeholders.
• Prepare functional specs and coordinate with tech teams for enhancements and reporting.
• Perform functional, integration, UAT testing, data migration, cutover, and post-go-live support.
• Develop process docs, deliver end-user training, and knowledge transfer.
• Identify process improvements and best practices to enhance asset reliability and TCO.
