Job summary

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyse requirements for SAP EAM and APM.
• Design, configure, implement, and support SAP S/4HANA Asset Management.
• Manage end-to-end maintenance: preventive, corrective, predictive.
• Configure equipment master data, functional locations, maintenance plans, notifications, work orders, and task lists.
• Support asset health monitoring, risk-based maintenance and reliability initiatives.
• Identify optimization opportunities using asset data, condition monitoring, and analytics.
• Integrate SAP EAM with SAP APM, MM, FI/CO and other systems.
• Collaborate with planners, reliability engineers, asset managers, and stakeholders.
• Prepare functional specs and coordinate with tech teams for enhancements and reporting.
• Perform functional, integration, UAT testing, data migration, cutover, and post-go-live support.
• Develop process docs, deliver end-user training, and knowledge transfer.
• Identify process improvements and best practices to enhance asset reliability and TCO.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP EAM & APM Consultant with strong expertise in enterprise asset management, maintenance processes, asset performance, and reliability management. The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting integrated SAP solutions to optimize asset lifecycle management, improve equipment reliability, reduce unplanned downtime, and enhance overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business requirements for SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Asset Performance Management (APM).
• Design, configure, implement, and support SAP S/4HANA Asset Management and relevant SAP APM capabilities.
• Manage end-to-end maintenance processes, including preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance.
• Configure and manage equipment master data, functional locations, maintenance plans, notifications, work orders, and task lists.
• Support asset health monitoring, asset criticality assessment, risk-based maintenance, and reliability improvement initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to optimize maintenance strategies using asset performance data, condition monitoring, and predictive analytics.
• Integrate SAP EAM with SAP APM, SAP MM, FI/CO, and other relevant systems.
• Support integration with IoT platforms, condition-monitoring systems, and external data sources, where applicable.
• Work closely with maintenance planners, reliability engineers, asset managers, and business stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.
• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for enhancements, integrations, and reporting.
• Perform functional testing, integration testing, UAT, data migration, cutover, and post-go-live support.
