Job summary

EXASOFT PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced SAP EAM & APM Consultant to design, implement, and support integrated SAP solutions that optimize asset lifecycle management, improve equipment reliability, and reduce downtime.

You will collaborate with maintenance planners and reliability engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions across SAP EAM, APM, and related systems. The role focuses on configuring SAP EAM with S/4HANA, integrating IoT data sources, and delivering process improvements to enhance

Qualifications

Experience as SAP EAM & APM consultant with enterprise asset management expertise.
Strong knowledge of maintenance processes and asset performance.
Proven reliability management experience.

Responsibilities

Gather and analyse business requirements for SAP EAM and APM.
Design, configure, implement, and support SAP S/4HANA Asset Management and SAP APM capabilities.
Manage end-to-end maintenance processes, including preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance.
Configure and manage equipment master data, functional locations, maintenance plans, notifications, work orders, and task lists.
Support asset health monitoring, asset criticality assessment, risk-based maintenance, and reliability improvements.
