Job summary

AFON Group in Singapore seeks a full-time SAP B1 Consultant to analyze requirements and configure SAP Business One across finance, inventory, sales, and production in a hybrid setup.

You will conduct workshops, prepare specs, support data migration, test scenarios, train users, and work with project managers, technical teams, and vendors to deliver projects on time and within scope. This role emphasizes collaboration, continuous learning, and practical ERP implementations.

Qualifications

• Strong functional knowledge of SAP B1 modules (finance, inventory, sales, purchasing, production) and end-to-end implementation or support.
• Ability to gather and analyze business requirements, map processes, and translate them into functional specifications and solution designs.
• Experience with system configuration, data migration, basic reporting, and testing within SAP B1 or similar ERP systems.
• Solid communication and stakeholder management skills, including conducting workshops, training users, and providing clear documentation.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and propose practical, scalable solutions.
• Comfort working in a hybrid environment, managing time effectively between on-site client activities and remote work.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior ERP consulting or in-house ERP support experience, especially in SMEs or mid-market organizations, is an advantage.
• Familiarity with SQL queries or basic integration concepts for SAP B1 is beneficial.
• Relevant SAP B1 certifications or ERP-related professional training will be viewed favorably.

Role Description

This is a full-time SAP B1 Consultant role based in Singapore with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site client or office work with some work-from-home flexibility. The SAP B1 Consultant will work closely with clients to analyze business requirements, design solutions, and configure SAP Business One to support finance, supply chain, sales, and other core processes. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting requirements workshops, preparing functional specifications, performing system configuration, and supporting data migration and integration activities.
