Job summary

Miin Hair, a premium Korean hair salon in Orchard, is seeking a friendly receptionist to join our team. You will greet customers, handle calls and WhatsApp inquiries, process payments, and keep client records. A positive attitude and customer-focused mindset are essential.

Roles include promoting services, managing basic paperwork, and maintaining a welcoming salon environment in a busy Orchard location with easy MRT access. Singapore residency is required, with no work-pass sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Experience in front-of-house or reception environments is a plus.
• Strong spoken and written English communication.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer-service skills.
• Experience with cashiering or POS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

Miin Hair, a premium Korean hair salon in the heart of Orchard, is looking for a friendly and reliable receptionist to join our team. If you enjoy working with people and have a positive attitude, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and serve coffee, tea, or water
• Attend to clients in person, over the phone, and via WhatsApp
• Answer questions about our services
• Process cashier transactions
• Inform customers about new services, promotions, and discounts
• Update and maintain customer records
• Handle basic filing and paperwork

Requirements:

• Open to Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents, and LTVP holders with a valid Letter of Consent. We are unable to sponsor work passes for this role.
• Good communication skills in English
• Friendly, presentable, and customer-oriented
• Prior experience as a receptionist, cashier, or in customer service
• Salon experience preferred but not required

Working Hours:

• 5 days per week
• 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM (some days finish earlier depending on appointments)

Salary & Benefits:

• $2,200 to $2,700/month, based on experience
