We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Hair Salon Assistant Manager with excellent interpersonal skills, a passion for beauty and wellness, keep up-to-date with hair styling trends and the ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment to support our salon team. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean and organized salon, manage appointments and booking on various platforms, assisting hair stylists, and other staff with various tasks, and providing excellent customer service. Job Scope

• Working hours 4pm to 1am. Able to work on weekends & public holidays.
• Bilingual, able to liaise with english & chinese speaking customers.
• Manage appointments, bookings and serve walk-ins.
• Handle transactions and manage the cash register.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of salon, restocking products, and cleaning tools.
• Assist hair stylists with client service preparation and clean-up. (Hair wash and preparing materials for hair colour or any other hair treatments)
• Apply hair treatment products for customers.
• Provide excellent customer service, including greeting clients, and scheduling appointments.
• Form bonds with loyal customers and remember their hairstyle preferences.
• Cross-sell hair care products or services, when appropriate.
• Observe and learn from senior staff to develop hair skills and knowledge.
• Do your best to ensure all customers leave our salon satisfied with our services and feel happy with their new looks.
