Job summary

Gentle Co. Skin & Brows in Bishan, Singapore, seeks a friendly, organised Full-Time Receptionist to welcome customers, manage appointments, answer calls, send confirmations via WhatsApp, process payments and maintain records in a busy beauty salon with over 30 years of experience.

Must be able to converse in English and Mandarin, be comfortable using booking software, work Saturdays and Sundays, and enjoy teamwork. Training will be provided; no hard selling.

Qualifications

• Able to converse confidently in English and Mandarin with English- and Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Basic computer literacy and comfortable learning appointment booking software
• Friendly, responsible and organised with good communication skills
• Eager to learn and able to work well as part of a team
• Customer service or receptionist experience preferred, but training will be provided
• Must be able to work Saturdays and Sundays
• Candidates must be eligible to work in Singapore

Responsibilities

• Greet and attend to customers warmly and professionally
• Manage appointment bookings using our booking system
• Answer phone calls and customer enquiries
• Send appointment confirmations and reminders via WhatsApp
• Handle customer payments and issue receipts
• Maintain accurate customer and appointment records
• Assist with simple administrative duties and daily salon operations
• Handle customer feedback and concerns professionally
