This role requires at least 5 years of relevant experience, the ability to handle multiple customer requests, and willingness to work irregular hours.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years in outlet/retail/salon management

• Oversee daily operations of the outlet, including staff management, scheduling, and customer service
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
• Recruit, train, and supervise salon staff
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness, organization, and professionalism
• Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and timely
• Develop and execute marketing and promotional campaigns to attract new customers
• Monitor and analyze company performance metrics, such as sales figures, appointment bookings, and customer satisfaction ratings
• Implement and enforce salon policies and procedures, including safety regulations and sanitation standards
• Stay informed about industry trends, products, and techniques to ensure the company remains competitive
