Job summary

Watercolour @ Fort Canning Private Limited is seeking a customer-focused and proactive associate to manage appointment bookings for new and existing customers, attend to those with appointments and walk-ins, and assist inquiries via emails, phone, and WhatsApp.

You will also handle the outlet POS system, process sales receipts and payments, and perform ad-hoc duties as assigned, while maintaining composure handling requests and complaints in a multicultural salon.

Qualifications

• Singaporean or PR status required.
• Ability to speak English and Chinese; Korean language is an advantage.
• Able to work weekends, shifts and public holidays.
• Candidates should possess excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
• Well-groomed, cheerful, proactive and self-motivated.
• Able to adapt in a multicultural working environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle all new and/or existing customers appointment booking.
• Attend to customers with appointments and walk ins.
• Assist all customers enquiries via emails, phone calls and WhatsApp messages.
• Manage outlet POS system for sales transactions.
• Handling all sales receipts and payments.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
• Ability to handle customers’ requests and complaints with grace.
• Ability to deal with difficult salon situations such as client complaints.
