We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Education Cloud Developer with at least 3 years of experience in Salesforce development, customization, and implementation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Salesforce Education Cloud, developing and supporting CRM solutions for student lifecycle management, admissions, recruitment, student engagement, and institutional operations.

The candidate will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and efficient Salesforce solutions aligned with institutional requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, customize, and maintain solutions using Salesforce Education Cloud.

Configure Salesforce objects, fields, flows, validation rules, workflows, and automation to meet business requirements.

Develop custom applications and components using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.

Implement and support education-related processes, including student recruitment, admissions, enrolment, student success, and engagement.

Configure Education Cloud data models and integrate Salesforce with external applications and institutional systems.

Collaborate with business analysts, functional consultants, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Perform unit testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

Support data migration, system integration, deployment, and release management activities.

Maintain technical documentation and adhere to Salesforce development best practices.

Provide production support and resolve technical issues to ensure system stability.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Minimum 3+ years of experience in Salesforce development.

Hands-on experience with Salesforce Education Cloud.

Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce Flows.

Experience with Salesforce configuration, custom objects, security, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.

Knowledge of Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.

Experience in data migration, testing, debugging, and deployment.

Familiarity with development tools such as VS Code, Salesforce CLI, Git, change sets, and CI/CD pipelines.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce Platform Developer I certification or equivalent.

Salesforce Administrator or Education Cloud-related certification.

Experience implementing student lifecycle management and higher education CRM solutions.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaborative development practices.
