Job summary

Allegis Group Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Salesforce Developer/Administrator to support and enhance our Salesforce platform, focusing on maintaining system health, user support, and platform improvements.

You will design, develop, and administer Salesforce solutions, collaborate with stakeholders, and contribute to DevOps, integrations, and best practices. This role offers opportunities to mentor peers and drive scalable, well-architected CRM solutions.

Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and administration.
Strong skills in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Flow.
Experience with security models, data management, and integration.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and Git-based source control.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and declarative configuration.
Administer the Salesforce environment: user management, security and access models, profiles and permission sets, data quality, and routine platform maintenance.
Partner with business stakeholders and business analysts to translate business requirements into scalable, well-architected solutions.
Build and support integrations between Salesforce and surrounding systems (e.g., middleware, Power Automate, and downstream applications).
Contribute to the DevOps lifecycle such as source control (GitHub), CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps), release management, and automated testing.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, providing mostly BAU support and root-cause analysis.
Maintain technical documentation and uphold platform standards, governance, and best practices.
Collaborate with and mentor peers across the platform team.
