Job summary

FPT Asia Pacific in Singapore seeks a hands-on DevOps Engineer to configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines, manage cloud infrastructure and deployment tooling. You'll implement monitoring, automation scripts, and security practices while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced setup.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years DevOps plus 1–2 years in software/system engineering, strong AWS, Docker, Kubernetes and Linux scripting skills, and experience with SCRUM teams and scalable

Qualifications

• 2-3 years DevOps experience, plus 1-2 years as Software or System Engineer
• Hands-on AWS experience required
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production deployments
• Experience with Linux server administration and Bash scripting
• Familiarity with SCRUM teams and agile processes
• Knowledge of monitoring/alerting tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/Opensearch) and IaC concepts

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines with streamlined change and release management
• Maintain tools for configuration management, build, CI, deployment, reporting, monitoring, etc.
• Implement and operate monitoring and alerting tools
• Automate server and CI/CD tasks with scripts
• Participate in capacity planning and risk management
• Adopt DevOps approaches to improve reliability and availability
• Implement security practices to protect data and infrastructure
• Collaborate in high-performing teams to build quality environments
• Prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment
