Job summary

NEPTUNEZ SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions for the NGCM platform.

You will collaborate with Architects, Product Managers, BAs, QA, and UX designers in an Agile environment to deliver value-driven changes. Responsibilities include building Apex, LWCs, Flows, and integration with external systems via REST/SOAP and MuleSoft, while ensuring security, data modeling, and performance best practices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Salesforce development and administration.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I and Salesforce Administrator certifications.
• Strong experience with Apex, LWC, Flows and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Familiarity with Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.

We are seeking as killed Salesforce Developer to support thedevelopment and delivery of the NextGeneration Case Management Platform (NGCMP), a key digitalinitiative supporting enterprise casemanagement operations within the Housing Management Group(HMG).This role is responsible for designing, developing, andmaintaining Salesforce solutions that arescalable, secure, and aligned with business requirements.You will work closely with SolutionArchitects, Product Managers, Business Analysts, QA teams,and UX Designers in an Agile deliveryenvironment.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and customize Salesforce solutions using:
  • Apex
  • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Flows
  • Custom Objects
  • Validation Rules
  • Omni studio components (where applicable)
  • Action Plan

• Configure and implement Salesforce platform capabilities, primarily on Public SectorSolution, Service Cloud, with potential exposure to Experience Cloud and other platform features
• Develop integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and Mule Soft integration services
• Participate in sprint activities including backlog grooming, sprint planning, development, testing, and deployment
• Develop solutions based on user stories, acceptance criteria, UX designs, and technicalspecifications documented in JIRA and Confluence
• Collaborate with Solution Architects/Tech Lead and Business Analysts/Technical ProductManager to translate business requirements into technical implementations
• Perform unit testing, support system integration testing, and resolve defects to ensure quality deliverables
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Salesforce environments while ensuring platform stability and minimal downtime
• Support deployment activities across development, SIT, UAT, staging, and production environment
• Follow established development standards, GitLab version control practices, and CI/CD deployment processes
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including technical designs, deployment procedures, and operational playbooks
• Continuously improve application performance, maintainability, and user experience through adherence to Salesforce best practices

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline
• At least 3 years of experience in Salesforce development and administration
• Salesforce certifications such as:
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
  • Salesforce Administrator
• Strong hands-on experience in:
  • Apex
  • SOQL/SOSL
  • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Salesforce Flows and automation tools
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, particularly:
  • Service Cloud
  • Experience Cloud
• Experience working with:
  • REST/SOAP APIs
  • Salesforce integration patterns
  • External system integrations
• Good understanding of:
  • Salesforce data modelling
  • Security model (roles, profiles, permission sets, public group...)
  • Validation rules and automation capabilities
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence
• Experience with version control systems such as Git/GitLab
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for Salesforce deployments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively
• Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams

• Experience with Omni studio or Salesforce Public Sector Solutions
