Job summary

Argyll Scott Singapore is seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Developer to join a high-performing technology team supporting large-scale digital transformation initiatives. You will design, develop, and maintain Salesforce-based solutions that enhance digital services and business operations.

The role requires hands-on Salesforce development, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to work in agile delivery environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Experience with third-party API integrations.
• Experience with Salesforce administration and platform configuration.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce security model and support process configuration.
• Experience with Custom Objects, Workflow Automation, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, Reports & Dashboards.
• Experience with data migration and CRM data loading tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Certifications: Certified Salesforce Platform Developer (mandatory).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications and solutions.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather, validate, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using: Apex Visualforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) Salesforce Flows.
• Configure Salesforce platform components including: Custom Objects, Custom Fields, Picklists, Page Layouts, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, Workflow Automation, Profiles & Roles Security.
• Controls support integration of Salesforce with external systems and enterprise platforms using APIs and automation tools.
• Develop and support third-party API integrations. Perform data migration activities using Data Loader and other CRM migration tools.
• Configure and maintain reports and dashboards.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues and support ongoing platform enhancements and optimization.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Salesforce-based solutions that enhance digital services and business operations.

This role requires strong hands-on Salesforce development experience, excellent stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to work in agile delivery environments. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with business users, technical teams, and project stakeholders to deliver scalable and secure Salesforce solution

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications and solutions.


• Work closely with stakeholders to gather, validate, and translate business requirements into technical solutions
