Job summary

KEY CONNECT RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Salesforce Developer to design, build, and deploy scalable applications using OmniStudio, Apex, and Lightning Web Components.

The role will leverage low-code tools to automate processes and collaborate with analysts to translate business needs into technical specs. The candidate should have 3+ years of Salesforce experience, especially Service Cloud / PSS implementations, and will work across Service Cloud to enhance customer service operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, specifically in Service Cloud / PSS implementations.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce OmniStudio (FlexCards, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors, OmniScripts), Apex, SOQL, and LWC.
• Familiarity with Salesforce DX, Git, and modern DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy scalable applications using Salesforce platform technologies, including OmniStudio, Apex, and LWC.
• Leverage low-code/no-code capabilities within Salesforce to automate and streamline business processes.
• Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications.
• Work across Salesforce Service Cloud / PSS to enhance customer service operations, including case management and knowledge base setup.
• Design and implement API integrations with third-party systems and internal tools; manage authentication, data mapping, and performance optimization.
• Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning and daily stand-ups, and conduct thorough testing.

• Leveragelow-code/no-code capabilities withinSalesforce(e.g., Flow, Process Builder, App Builder) to automate and streamline business processes.
• Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders totranslate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications.
• Work acrossSalesforceService Cloud / PSSto enhance customer service operations, including case management, digital channels, and knowledge base setup.
• Design and implementAPI integrations with third-party systemsand internal tools; manage authentication, data mapping, and performance optimization.
• Participate in agile development processes, includingsprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups.
• Conduct thorough unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT to ensure high-quality, reliable delivery.
• Maintain clear technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and support materials.
• Applycreative problem-solving and out-of-the-box thinkingto identify technical solutions that meet business goals while maintaining scalability and performance.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS NEEDED

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience withSalesforce, specifically inService Cloud / PSS implementations.
• Strong expertise in:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

• Experience working inagile teamsusing Scrum/Kanban methodologies.
• Exposure toCI/CD pipelinesand tools such as Gearset, Copado, or Jenkins.
• Familiarity withlow-code/no-code platformslike Microsoft Power Apps, Mendix, OutSystems is a plus.
