Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, specializing in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, and strong expertise in Service Cloud implementations.

The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce Flows, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex.
• Experience with REST and SOAP API integrations.
• Knowledge of governor limits and security model in Salesforce.
• Experience with Git and DevOps tooling (Copado, Gearset, Azure DevOps).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodology.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, Flows, and SOQL/SOSL.
• Lead the development and enhancement of Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.
• Configure and customize Service Cloud features including: Case Management, Omni-Channel, Knowledge, Entitlements & Milestones, Service Console, Email-to-Case, Web-to-Case, Queues & Assignment Rules, Escalation Rules.
• Develop and maintain REST/SOAP API integrations with external systems.
• Build scalable automation using Flows, Apex Triggers, and Batch Apex.
• Participate in technical design discussions and recommend best practices aligned with Salesforce architecture.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development standards.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, QA teams, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Manage deployments using Git, Copado, Gearset, or Salesforce DevOps tools.
• Stay updated with Salesforce releases and recommend adoption of new platform capabilities.
