Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a hands-on Salesforce Developer to deliver functional solutions on the Salesforce platform and lead project design and deployment.

The role requires deep knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, LWC and APIs, with responsibility for architecture, integration and documentation across complex environments. You will collaborate with our CRM and development teams, manage multiple projects, communicate progress, and remain proactive under pressure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or related field preferred.
• 3+ years development experience with Salesforce; Certified Salesforce Developer preferred.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and API.
• Experience writing Visualforce and Apex, and multiple Salesforce migrations/integration projects.
• Strong business analysis and requirements gathering with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on technical implementation on the Salesforce.com platform.
• Lead design, implementation, deployment and documentation of Salesforce projects.
• Serve as SME for solution architecture including configuration, development, integration and customization.
• Technical lead for Salesforce projects.
• Develop strategies to solve complex technical challenges.
• Collaborate with Digital Center of Excellence, CRM and Back-End Development teams.
• Design and develop solutions on Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce and Lightning Web Components.
• Create and maintain lighting community templates, LWC and flows.
• Develop solutions using Salesforce API framework and 3rd party APIs.
• Perform unit testing and defect fixes.
• Liaise with internal clients to understand business needs and develop Salesforce solutions.
• Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and communicate status updates.
• Remain calm under pressure and be proactive with a learning mindset.
• Adhoc analysis and projects as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Perform hands-on technical implementation, with a focus on delivering functional solutions on the Salesforce.com platform.
• Take a lead role in the design, implementation, deployment and documentation of projects that leverage the Salesforce.com toolset.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for solution architecture that will include configuration, development, integration and customization of complex environments.
• Serve as technical lead for Salesforce projects.
• Develop strategies to solve complex technical challenges.
• Collaborate with our Digital Center of Excellence, CRM and Back-End Development teams to create cutting-edge experiences for our institutions.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Declarative Programming and Administration (develop code, custom objects, LWC, Visual Force pages, Apex, reports, workflows and assignment rules).
• Design and develop solutions primarily on the Salesforce platform using Apex programming language, Visual Force, Lightning Web Components.
• Create and maintain lighting community templates, lightning web components and flows.
• Develop software solutions using Salesforce.com API framework, and 3rd party APIs.
• Perform unit testing and defect fixes.
• Liaise with internal clients and users to understand their business needs in developing solutions through Salesforce.
• Juggle multiple projects involving various end users, meet deadlines and proactively communicate status updates.
• Demonstrate calm under pressure and be a proactive contributor with an eagerness to learn.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or related field is preferred.
• 3+years previous development experience with Salesforce (Certified Salesforce Developer preferred).
• Solid understanding of and detailed experience with Salesforce architecture and API.
• Detailed experience writing Visualforce and Apex classes and triggers.
• Demonstrative success with multiple Salesforce migration/integration projects.
• Strong business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both customers, leadership, and technical teams.
