Viskou System Pte Ltd is seeking a driven Assistant Sales Manager to lead and develop the Sales Team, driving growth and mentoring staff. The role combines hands-on leadership with strategic planning to meet targets and KPIs across the sales cycle.

The successful candidate will coach, motivate and manage a team, develop sales strategies, monitor performance and report progress to management. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.

Competenze

3–5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in CCTV, Security Systems, Access Control, ELV, ICT or related industries.
At least 1–2 years of experience in leading or supervising a sales team.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing new business.
Strong customer relationship management, negotiation and closing skills.
Experience in setting, monitoring and managing sales KPIs and targets.

Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts and performance updates for management.
