Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field is required.

• Ability to lead and motivate a sales team and retain a great team.
• Strong selling and closing skills with customer relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the activities of the sales team including marketing activities like product activations.
• Assist the line manager to recruit, train, enumerate, and retain a competent sales team.
• Provide reports to top management like sales reports, lead generation reports, customer complaints reports, and new customers' on-boarded reports.
• Prepare sales presentations and other sales tools.
• Assist line managers to ensure client communication and maintain contacts with clients.
