Job summary

MCI Consulting Pte Ltd in Woodlands, Singapore, is seeking a reliable Sales Coordinator / Sales Support Executive to support our sales operations and deliver excellent customer service.

The role processes orders, coordinates fulfillment, and provides post-sales support while liaising with internal teams; experience with ERP, especially Synergix, is preferred; the position offers a basic salary range of SGD 2,800–3,600 with AWS and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Synergix ERP.
• Experience in sales order processing and billing.
• Customer-facing communication and support responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with internal departments to support the full sales lifecycle.
• Process sales orders, quotations, credit notes, billing, procurement, and coordinate order fulfillment accurately and efficiently.
• Assist the Sales Team with timely order provisioning and deployment.
• Provide post-sales and administrative support to maintain high service standards.
• Manage client enquiries professionally and promptly across phone and digital channels.
• Prepare and submit work-related reports, including revenue forecasts and analysis.
• Perform general customer care and administrative duties as assigned.
• Utilize Synergix ERP to handle daily processing and operational workflows.
