Job summary

RecruitFirst Pte. Ltd is seeking a technically inclined sales support professional in Singapore to handle RFQs, quotes, and customer inquiries for valves and flow control. You will coordinate with suppliers and manage CRM pipelines to ensure timely responses and accurate orders.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Chemical/Process/Instrumentation Engineering is required.
• 1–3 years in technical sales support / inside sales / applications.
• Able to interpret datasheets and technical specifications.
• Detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable handling multiple RFQs/orders.

Responsibilities

• Handle technical enquiries and recommend suitable valve / flow control solutions.
• Prepare and follow up on RFQs and quotations.
• Process POs & DOs with accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage customer interactions and pipelines in CRM (e.g. Salesforce CRM, HubSpot).
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams on technical specs, pricing, and delivery.

• Location: Jurong East
• Salary: Up to $5,000 Basic + AWS + VB (3 Months)
• Working Hours: Mon to Fri 830am to 530pm
