5G-Starlink Pte. is seeking a customer-focused professional with a finance/commerce background to prepare sales quotations and manage partner relationships in Singapore.

You will support channel partners, handle sales operations, and assist with marketing materials for product launches and events. 1–2 years of customer service experience is preferred, with strong communication and negotiation skills to close deals.

Formación

• Degree or equivalent in Finance/Accounting/Commerce/Business Administration or related field.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Strong numerical ability with sales reporting and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare sales quotations based on requirements from Product Manager/Technical Consultant.
• Collaborate with channel partners to develop pipelines and close deals.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors and partners; provide support as needed.
• Resolve sales/operational problems through communication and admin support.
• Track weekly sales gross profit and report to reporting manager.
• Make cold calls to partners/customers for new product launches and events.
• Assist in providing marketing materials and market plan information.

• Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, in Finance/ Accounting/ Commerce/ Business Administration or equivalent
• Self-motivated and confident with the ability to work on own initiative to manage time effectively and meet challenging targets and deadlines successfully
• Familiarity and inclination towards working with numbers with an understanding of sales reporting with solid attention to detail Familiarity with negotiation, upselling and other sales tactics
• Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills are essential
• 1-2 years of experience working in customer service preferred

Responsibilities:

• Preparing sales quotations based on requirements and/or specifications provided by the Product Manager / Technical Consultant Incorporate with channel partners in developing, building pipelines, and closing deals
• Develop a strong working relationship with vendors and partners, with regular communication and be available to support their needs as required
• Resolve sales and operational-related problems, by communicating with the relevant parties and providing administrative support to ensure the timely logging of orders
• Track weekly product sales GP and provide a summary report to reporting manager
• Making cold calls to partners/ customers for any new product launches, seminars or events
• Assist in providing materials relating to marketing, and also information that could help in designing a market plan
