Job summary

FOCAL SEARCH PTE. LTD. Coordination and Customer Service role seeks an experienced professional to handle inquiries from domestic and international clients, ensuring accurate and timely responses.

The position collaborates with the Sales Team and Agents on aftersales strategies, assesses project needs, and administers product warranties, leveraging engine knowledge and CRM skills. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Three years or more of experience in project management, sales, or aftersales in the high-speed engine industry or a similar field.
• Strong technical understanding of high-speed engines and their uses.
• Outstanding interpersonal, negotiating, and communication abilities.
• The capacity to both lead a team and work independently.
• Proficiency with CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities
