Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a driven Sales Support professional to manage accounts and support order fulfillment in East Singapore. You will work closely with the Sales Team and internal stakeholders to understand operation needs and ensure accurate processing of orders.

Responsibilities include updating records, generating performance reports, merchandising activities, and ensuring timely submission of sales orders. Minimum 1–2 years in related roles is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum O level/Nitec/Diploma required.
• 1-2 years relevant experience in sales support/order fulfillment/customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain close working relationship with assigned accounts to understand operation and business needs.
• Provide regular updates and performance reports on key account activities and sales performance to sales manager and management team.
• Work closely with Sales Team, support Key Accounts and internal stakeholders to address customer needs effectively.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve any operation customer issues.
• Update customer records, document sales interactions and generate reports on sales performance and metrics.
• Provide basic sales support administration, including processing sales orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Consolidate sales figures and prepare sales summaries or reports for review by the Sales Team and management.
• Calculate promoters' commissions based on applicable sales performance and commission guidelines.
• Carry out merchandising activities at retail outlets when required, including maintaining product displays and ensuring proper product presentation.
• Visit or liaise with retailers to take sales orders and ensure orders are accurately recorded and submitted for processing
