Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Sales Agents on payment instructions after bookings.
• Liaise with customers on payments details or additional documents.
• Prepare sales documents such as contracts and invoices.
• Ensure payments are sent out on time and accurate.
• Handle payment amendments and transfer slip requests from customers.
• Develop relationships with customers to secure loyalty through regular contact.
