Sunrate Pte. Ltd. is seeking a proactive sales support professional to help grow our pipeline in Singapore. You will research potential clients, reach out to prospects, and coordinate with the sales team to move opportunities forward.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in sales, BD, or client-facing roles.
• Comfort contacting new prospects and following up professionally.
• Strong organization and attention to detail with client data.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; CRM experience is a plus.
• Willingness to learn Sunrate products and take initiative.

Responsabilités

• Research potential clients and find the right people to contact.
• Reach out to prospects, introduce Sunrate's solutions and arrange meetings with the sales team.
• Help prepare presentations, proposals and quotations.
• Follow up on client enquiries and gather information needed to move sales discussions forward.
• Keep client records and sales updates accurate so the team can track progress and next steps.
• Help collect onboarding documents and follow up on outstanding items with clients and internal teams.
• Work with Product, Operations and Compliance colleagues to get answers to client questions.
• Research companies in sectors such as digital advertising, e-commerce and digital assets to help the team identify new opportunities.
