You will liaise with customers on payment details, prepare contracts and invoices, ensure timely payments, handle amendments, and build customer loyalty through regular contact.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma Holder
• Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply
• Sales experience preferred
• Training will be provided
• Fluent in written & spoken English & Chinese
• Knowledge & proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Words & Outlook
• Strong negotiation and bargaining skill
• Strong ability to multi-task and meet targets under pressure
• Work well independently as well as a team

Responsibilities

• Assist Sales Agents on payment instructions after the booking done by SA
• Liaise with customer on payments details or any additional documents needed
• Preparation of sales related documents such as contracts, invoices etc
• Ensure payments are sent out on time
• Handle payment amendment and transfer slips requests from customer
• Develop and strengthen relationships with them to secure loyalty through regular contacts
