Job summary

NANHUA SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a client services professional to support writing and design of company business web pages and public announcements.

You will own new account opening requests and conduct periodic client account reviews, coordinating with Sales, Compliance and Operations to ensure complete service delivery. You will also service existing clients, manage their account requests and applications for new exchanges/products, and report progress to superiors.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin (including written Chinese)
• Strong risk awareness and rigorous, meticulous work
• Able to work well in a team as well as independently
• Over 5 years of relevant financial industry experience
• Bachelor degree or above in Business or Economics

Responsibilities

• Taking ownership to follow through on new account opening requests and conduct periodic client account review;
• Coordinating closely with various departments, including Sales, Compliance and Operations to ensure completeness of the client services.
• Servicing existing clients, managing their account requests and applications for new exchanges/products; Submission of customer's requests and reporting work progress to superiors.

Job Requirement(s)

• *Mandatory* Bilingual in English and Mandarin (including written Chinese)
• Responsibility, rigorous and meticulous work, strong learning ability, sharp and quick market response ability and strong risk awareness;
• Able to work well within a team as well as independently；
• More than 5 years of relevant work experience in the financial industry；
• Responsible with good time management skills；
• Bachelor degree holder or above in Business, Economics.
