Job summary

Bon Aircon Engineering is seeking an administrative staff member to support the sales and service teams in Singapore. You will arrange client appointments, check for upcoming jobs, prepare daily reports, and handle general admin duties.

You will also manage mails and calls, respond to customer inquiries, and generate purchase orders, quotations, delivery orders and invoices. Ad-hoc duties may be assigned as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provides administrative support to sales and service department
• Arrangement appointment with the client/s
• Check for upcoming job like ad-hoc, call service
• Prepare working schedule, daily report
• Performs all general administrative tasks
• Handles incoming/outgoing mails and answers phone calls, including customer enquiry
• Generate Purchase Order, Quotation, Delivery Order & Invoices
• Any other ad-hoc duties as may be assigned.
